MIKE LOWHORN
Disaster Relief Solutions, LLC (DRS) is owned and managed by our CEO, Mike Lowhorn. Mike is a former Navy SEAL officer with years of experience in emergency deployments and logistics. Mike is a graduate of the US Naval Academy and also holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Finance. "I started DRS to provide a quality experience and haven of rest for our front-line responders who put their lives on the line. They deserve no less." Mike’s private sector experience includes eight years in the commercial logistics real estate industry for a publicly traded company.

ROB PATTERSON
Rob Patterson is a past Senior Executive Service Officer and Team Leader for the National Incident Management Assistance Team (N-IMAT) program of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA); including serving as a Federal Coordinating Officer. His previous 38-year career was with Orange County Fire (OCFA) in Southern California as a Chief Fire, including leadership roles on interagency incident management teams with the US Forest Service as well as Incident Support Teams with the DHS/FEMA Urban Search and Rescue (US&R) Response Program. Rob has decades of experience in unified command groups on complex, catastrophic, large geographical area, natural and man made emergency incidents across federal, state, territorial and tribal governments.
